The Motif by Morningside - Braden Fellman

Spanning across 31 buildings and encompassing 385 units, The Motif by Morningside stands as one of Braden Fellman’s largest value-add projects. Acquired in 2019 from four different owners, Braden Fellman aimed to create a cohesive community from buildings of various ages and styles. Renovations included extensive work to the interiors and exteriors, major improvements to landscaping, and the addition of units in previously unutilized spaces. Throughout the project, safety and security were prioritized, with the goal of not only improving the property, but also making a postive impact on the surrounding area.
