Mattress Factory Lofts - Braden Fellman

Formerly home to Atlanta’s Southern Spring Bed Company, the earliest buildings at Mattress Factory Lofts date to the late 1800s. Over the ensuing decades, additional structures were added and the complex grew to encompass nearly 10 acres of property. Fully renovated by Braden Fellman Group in the late 1990s, the mixed-use complex encompasses four distinct buildings, each with unique features such as heavy-timber, concrete, and steel. Today, Mattress Factory remains an integral fixture of the Grant Park neighborhood. As one of Braden Fellman’s early successes in the realm of adaptive reuse, the property is a testament to our dedication to long term, community-focused development.
