Palmetto Square
Built in 1965, Palmetto Square consists of 139 units in the West Ashley area of Charleston. Braden Fellman acquired the property in 2021, when the units were in poor condition, prompting the company to begin comprehensive interior renovations. In addition to interior updates, the exterior saw significant improvements, including roof repairs and enhancements to landscaping. Currently, 75% of the units have been renovated, offering residents quality living spaces at an affordable price.
